Step 1
House visits to get a vibe of your family dynamics and what your “day to day” looks like.

Meeting the children to get a close to perfect nanny match.

We give your family and nanny a three month trial and training period to weed out any misunderstandings about the role, to pick up any slack and ensure everyone’s expectations are met without any of those awkward conversations.
Our nannies have been trained and have a guide of policies and procedures that they are to follow.
Our Story
The Nanny & Co was created from a passion to care for children, watching them grow, educating them with new things and to watch their personalities blossom.
Since a young age I have been working alongside children. I completed work experience and then another three years at a local childcare centre in my home town. I did this while obtaining my HSC and a Certificate III in Child Care.
Realising how deep my passion was for working with children I decided to go out on a limb and start my own nannying business at age 19 on the NSW South Coast.
I wanted to broadened my reach and secured a nannying role in Sydney with a high-profile family, to which I worked for almost 5 years. This diversified my experience and outlook even more in this industry.
Learning and growing in such a nurturing yet fast paced role, I decided to utilise my first-hand experience and build a nanny agency, The Nanny & Co. Holding my Certificate II in Business Services, along with my knowledge about the child care industry, I have built an agency that understands the needs of nannies and families.
I’ve learnt in my experience, it’s important to carefully select the right nanny for the right family to ensure that the needs of both families and nannies are fulfilled. This is where I come in!
Our carefully selected, passionate nannies will be trained to the highest standard to thrive in their roles as young educators for your little cherubs.
